Cleo Hayes-McCoy is an Irish artist, based in Paris. She learned to draw and paint as a child from her mother, who was also a visual artist. Cleo developed a career in software design, after studying mathematics, but in recent years has dedicated increasing amounts of time to painting – working from her studio in Paris, producing medium-to-large-scale paintings focusing on themes of conflict, protest, and collapse – in semi-abstract and abstract styles.
